Breather Valve

Our ranges of breather valves are designed to prevent losses, by controlling the evaporation of volatile liquid from the sponge tanks. Further, they allow breathing when the pressure in the tanks exceeds a pre-defined value. Used in diverse industries like petroleum, chemical and general process industries, our range of breather valves are available with the following.

Body material:Cast aluminum alloy C.I. or other materials to suit application on request

Pallet & Seal:Anodise aluminum is standered. S.S. 304 or 316 optional.

Leakage:Breather valve with resilient seating will have a maximum leakage of 45 nlph at 90% set pressure. Metal to metal seats will have a slight higher leakage rate.
